IEMSR began in 2003 with a dedication to offering a fair yet precise examination tool for EMR.
Others have boundaries, but IEMSR is dedicated to all around the globe. Our testing is straightforward, evaluating the student in their ability in caring for others.
IEMSR is accepted in many parts of the world for its ability to offer its testing and proper evaluation of students. Of course, passing an examination does not give permission to perform the skills learned, only your local authority and Medical Director can do that.
Dr. Todd Soard, NPMD, PhD, EdD, has been in EMS since 1981, providing precise testing evaluation capability directly for its Board.

Testing Sites for IEMSR certification must be pre-approved. The location must be safe and free from distractions. A proper computer lab with a reliable internet connection is mandatory. Testing requiring a skill evaluation will require that the Site provide all required materials and adequate space to perform the skill-testing.
IEMSR reserves the right to accept or deny any application.
