IEMSR began in 2003 with dedication to offering a fair yet precise examination tool for EMR, EMT, and Paramedic. Others have boundaries but IEMSR is dedicated to all around the globe. Our testing is straightforward, evaluating the student in their ability in caring for others. IEMSR is accepted in many parts of the world for its ability to offer its testing and proper evaluation of students. Of course, passing an examination does not give permission to perform the skills learned. Only your local authority and Medical Director can do that.

Its founder, Dr. Todd Soard, PMD, PHD, has over 35 years of experience in EMS and holds a Masters in Education. This provides precise testing evaluation capability directly for its Board.
